RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
ACME Tech will accept items purchased at the ACME Tech online store for exchange or
refund within 30 days of the original purchase date unless stated otherwise in the item
listing on the website. Desktop and laptop computers and TVs may be returned or
exchanged within 14 days of original purchase only. Consumables, such as ink
cartridges, bulbs, blank CDs or DVDs, cannot be returned if the package or outer
wrapping has been opened in any way. Make sure you have ordered the correct item
before you open the package.
You must receive authorization from ACME Tech before returning any product. In order to
receive authorization, all products must be in the same condition as when sold and in the
original packaging. All returned products are inspected carefully, and any returned
product that is not complete or in its original condition will be rejected and you may be
charged an additional fee.
When we inspect the returned product, we check for the following:

Once you receive authorization to return the product, package it securely and return by
the U.S. mail or any other shipper. It is a good idea to use a shipping method that
provides you with package tracking, a delivery confirmation number, and insurance.
ACME Tech is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
