Dear Mr. Wright:
On April 20, 2014, Park View Hospital bought the nutrition analysis
software
DietTrack
on the Nutrition for Life website. We received
the software on April 27. A Nutrition for Life technician helped us
to install the program on April 28.
Unfortunately, the
DietTrack
software does not work as well as
I expected. I am disappointed because the program is missing
important features. For example, the food database is incomplete.
It does not have many of the common food items that our
patients enjoy. I have to enter this information myself each time
I use the program.
Since we are still within the 30-day trial period, we would like to
receive a full refund for this purchase. I am enclosing a copy of the
invoice. Please send instructions on how we can return the software.
