GET READY
Henry read about a new employee in the hospital newsletter. When you meet people for the
first time, what things do you like to learn about them?
STUDY THE MODEL
A
Read the biography. Which paragraph talks about Cam’s previous work experience?
We are happy to welcome Cam Trung to
Park View Hospital. Cam joined the
administrative team in the nursing
department last month.
Before coming to Park View, Cam
worked at the West Side Medical
Clinic as an administrative
support person. At West Side,
Cam was part of a team that
created a new system for storing
patient information.
Cam has known since high school
that she wanted to work in a hospital.
“I’ve always been interested in health
care,” she says. “When I was a teenager
I volunteered at my local hospital and at
a nursing home. I loved helping people.”
Cam is thrilled with the opportunity to join
us at Park View. “I’m excited to
be a part of the team. Everyone
has been very friendly, and I’m
already learning a lot of new
skills.”
In her free time, Cam loves to
cook. On weekends, she often
invites friends over for barbeques
and games of basketball. Cam
lives in Bellaire with her husband
Danh and five-year-old son Chad.
Cam works in the nursing department
office on the fourth floor. Be sure to stop by
and say hello!
